The function of dc-link capacitor power electronic circuit

1. In the inverter circuit, the output voltage of the rectifier is mainly smoothed.

2. Absorb the high amplitude ripple current from the inverter to DC-Link to prevent it from generating a high amplitude ripple voltage on the DC-Link impedance to cause voltage fluctuations on the DC bus. Keep it within the allowable range.

3. Prevent voltage overshoot and transient overvoltage from "DC-Link" from affecting the IGBT.
